Telangana High Court Orders Release of Revan Infra Assets Seized by ED

Hyderabad, India – The Telangana High Court has ordered the release of assets belonging to Revan Infra, which had been under the control of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) since 2012. Justice J Srinivas Rao issued the order on Monday after hearing a batch of petitions from Jagati Publications, Indira Television, and Janani Infra.

The petitions sought the substitution of previously furnished security. After considering arguments from all involved parties, Justice Srinivas Rao ruled that the properties could be released, conditional on the petitioners submitting a fresh Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) or bank guarantee to replace the seized assets. This development marks a significant turn in the long-standing case involving Revan Infra and related entities.
