Steelers Activate QB Will Howard, Sign Veteran Cornerback Asante Samuel Jr.
PITTSBURGH, PA – The Pittsburgh Steelers have made a flurry of roster moves, activating quarterback Will Howard from the Reserve/Injured List to the 53-man roster.
