Doha, Qatar – India-A kicked off their ACC Men’s Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025 campaign with a resounding victory against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) today, thanks to a spectacular batting performance by opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

Winning the toss and electing to bat at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium, India-A saw Suryavanshi unleash a brutal assault on the UAE bowlers. The young batsman reached his century in a mere 32 balls, equalling the third-fastest T20 century by an Indian. His innings of 144 runs off 42 balls was studded with a staggering 15 sixes and 11 fours.
