Dubai – November 2, 2025 – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian vowed on Sunday that Iran would rebuild its nuclear facilities with “greater strength” after they were struck by the United States in June. The comments, made during a visit to the Atomic Energy Organization in Tehran, come after U.S. President Donald Trump warned of further attacks if Iran attempts to restart the damaged facilities.
“Destroying buildings and factories will not create a problem for us, we will rebuild and with greater strength,” Pezeshkian told state media.
The United States launched strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in June, claiming they were part of a program aimed at developing nuclear weapons. Iran maintains its nuclear program is solely for peaceful, civilian purposes, focusing on applications in medicine and public health.
“It’s all intended for solving the problems of the people, for disease, for the health of the people,” Pezeshkian stated.
The situation remains tense between the two nations. The international community is closely watching for further developments.
