India Braces for Cyclone, Political Spat Erupts, and International Relations in Focus

The India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for 16 districts in Andhra Pradesh as severe cyclonic storm “Montha” is expected to make landfall Tuesday evening or night between Machilipatnam and Kalingapatnam, near Kakinada.
