VIJAYAWADA, October 25, 2025 – A.K. Basha, the current president of the Bezawada Bar Association (BBA), has been appointed as the convenor of the Andhra Pradesh State Advocates Bar Federation. The appointment was confirmed during a General Body meeting held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, which included presidents from all district bar associations across the state.
The election also saw the appointment of Guntur Bar Association president Siva Surya Narayana as the General Secretary of the Federation. Additionally, Advocate Pichuka Srinivas Rao was unanimously elected as the chairman of the A.P. State Bar Federation Human Rights Committee, according to a press release issued by the BBA.
