Sun Oct 26 16:30:00 UTC 2025: Eagles Face Giants with Key Players Sidelined; Giants Also Battered by Injuries

Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Eagles will sport their throwback Kelly Green jerseys on Sunday as they face the New York Giants, but will do so with a depleted roster. Wide receiver A.J. Brown (hamstring), cornerback Adoree’ Jackson (concussion), center Cam Jurgens (knee), and outside linebacker Azeez Ojulari (hamstring) have all been ruled out due to injuries. None of the players practiced all week.

Defensive end Brandon Graham will not make his season debut after coming out of retirement. Cornerback Jakorian Bennett is also out, despite his practice window opening this week.

There is good news however, as tight end Grant Calcaterra will return after missing two games, and linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr. is also good to go after an ankle injury. Wide receiver Darius Cooper is questionable.

The Giants are also facing their own injury woes. Starting cornerback Paulson Adebo (knee) and starting safety Jevón Holland (knee) are out. Outside linebacker Brian Burns (hip) is questionable.

Starting center John Michael Schmitz (concussion) is set to play, and wide receiver Darius Slayton, who missed the previous game against the Eagles, is also expected to play despite being limited in practice.

The Eagles (5-2) will host the Giants (2-5) at 1 PM on Sunday.
