Lamar Jackson’s Status Uncertain for Sunday’s Game Against Bears

Baltimore, MD – The Baltimore Ravens are holding their breath as the playing status of star quarterback Lamar Jackson remains questionable for Sunday’s home game against the Chicago Bears. Jackson is dealing with a lingering hamstring injury, leaving his availability in doubt.

After a week of limited practice, Jackson was upgraded to full participation on Friday. However, Head Coach John Harbaugh remained noncommittal, stating, “We’ll see where it’s at going forward” when asked about Jackson’s chances of playing.

If Jackson is unable to go, Tyler Huntley is slated to start. Jackson has missed the last two games, and the Ravens have struggled in his absence, losing four straight. The team’s record without Jackson as the starter since 2019 stands at a dismal 5-12.

While Jackson has put up impressive numbers this season (869 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, and one interception, along with 166 rushing yards and one touchdown), his injury has hampered the team’s performance.
