Fri Oct 24 16:20:00 UTC 2025: ## Hyundai Unveils Redesigned Venue SUV, Bookings Now Open
New Delhi, October 24, 2025 – Hyundai has officially revealed the second generation of its popular Venue compact SUV, showcasing a bold new design and upgraded interior. Bookings are now open for a token amount of ₹25,000, with the official price announcement scheduled for November 4th.
The 2026 Venue boasts a striking exterior overhaul, featuring sharp lines, full-width LED light bars, and robust body cladding. The front fascia is dominated by an edge-to-edge LED light bar flowing into quad-beam LED headlamps, a wide new grille, and a muscular front bumper. The profile showcases pronounced character lines, generous side cladding, and a new rear quarter glass. The rear is distinguished by a full-width LED light bar encased in a black trim with “Venue” lettering.
Dimensionally, the new Venue is slightly larger, measuring 3995mm in length, 1800mm in width, and 1665mm in height, with a 2520mm wheelbase.
Inside, the revamped interior features a curved display with dual 12.3-inch screens, physical buttons for HVAC and media controls, and a new steering wheel with illuminated dots representing “H” in Morse code. The dashboard sports a dual-tone theme, textured finish, and “Venue” inscription. The center console houses controls for ventilated seats, parking camera, electronic parking brake, and new drive/traction modes. Additional features include rear seat recline, rear window sunshades, two-tone leatherette upholstery, and front parking sensors. Hyundai claims improved legroom and easier access in the second row.
Under the hood, the new Venue retains its predecessor’s engine options: a 120hp 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, an 83hp 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, and a 100hp 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options include manual, 7-speed DCT (with turbo-petrol), and an expected torque converter automatic with the diesel engine.
The new Venue will be available in seven trims: HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX7, HX8, and HX10. Upon launch, it will compete with the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
