Kim Kardashian Opens Up About Divorced Relationship with Kanye West on ‘The Kardashians’ Premiere, Cites Stress and Impact on Children
Los Angeles, CA – May 23, 2024 – In a candid and emotional season 7 premiere of “The Kardashians” on Hulu, Kim Kardashian revealed the strain of her relationship with ex-husband Kanye West.
Kardashian, currently filming the Ryan Murphy series “All’s Fair,” admitted the ongoing situation is “so f—— sad” and has taken a toll on her health, with her psoriasis returning after a period of remission following the divorce. She also noted: “I felt more stressed, probably just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect.”
A primary concern for Kardashian is the well-being of their four children: North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6. “My poor kids,” she stated in a confessional. “Everyone around can handle it, but like, protect my babies.” She expressed a determination to shield them from any negative fallout from West’s behavior, especially as they grow older and become aware of external narratives.
