Speaking at a CII Partnership Summit Roadshow, Naidu unveiled Andhra Pradesh’s vision for global partnerships across various sectors, including agriculture, technology, and services.
Naidu promised swift approvals for viable industrial proposals, emphasizing the state’s strategic infrastructure, including its extensive network of ports, airports, and highways. He noted that Andhra Pradesh is not only agriculturally rich but is also rapidly becoming a hub for technology and industry. Governance reforms have bolstered investor confidence in the state, thanks to its credibility, transparency, and clear policy framework, Naidu stated.
He also acknowledged the Dubai-based Shobha Group’s ₹100 crore contribution towards a library in Amaravati, showcasing the confidence international investors have in the Andhra Pradesh government.
Drawing parallels between the UAE’s Vision 2071 and India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 goals, Naidu emphasized Andhra Pradesh’s commitment to contributing to India’s development. He invited UAE industrialists to the upcoming Global Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam on November 14 and 15, urging them to “explore the opportunities, and invest in our shared future.”
“Andhra Pradesh is not just about industry, it is also about culture, spirituality, and heritage,” Naidu said, mentioning Tirupati and the state’s development of historical and religious sites.
The event received a positive reception, with UAE industrialists giving Naidu a standing ovation after his presentation.
On Thursday, Naidu will continue his tour in Abu Dhabi, meeting with officials from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, ADNOC, and various leading industrial and technology firms.
