Apple TV+ Sets January 2026 Premiere for “Shrinking” Season 3, Unveils First Look

CUPERTINO, CA – [Today’s Date] – Apple TV+ announced today that the Emmy-nominated comedy series “Shrinking” will return for its third season on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The 11-episode season, created by Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein, and Jason Segel, will premiere globally with a one-hour episode, followed by weekly installments every Wednesday through April 8, 2026.

Starring Jason Segel as a therapist who throws conventional wisdom to the wind, “Shrinking” follows his character’s unorthodox approach to therapy as he begins telling his clients exactly what he thinks, leading to unexpected and life-altering consequences for both them and himself. The series also features Harrison Ford as a fellow therapist, along with a talented ensemble cast including Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley.

Season three will see the return of familiar faces, including Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick, and Cobie Smulders, while also welcoming new guest stars Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox.

“Shrinking” is produced for Apple TV+ by Warner Bros. Television, marking another collaboration between the streamer, Lawrence, and the studio, following the success of “Ted Lasso” and “Bad Monkey.”
