Tue Oct 21 07:10:00 UTC 2025: Bangladesh Looks to Seal Series Victory Against West Indies in 2nd ODI

ABU DHABI, UAE – Following a dominant 74-run victory in the first ODI, Bangladesh will aim to secure the series win against the West Indies in the second match today. The game starts at 1 PM IST.

The West Indies, led by Shai Hope, will be desperate to level the series and avoid a defeat. Their last ODI series victory came against Pakistan in August, and they’ll be eager to repeat that performance.

In the previous match, Bangladesh posted 207, thanks to Towhid Hridoy’s half-century (51), Mahidul Islam Ankon (46) and Najmul Hossain Shanto (32). Jayden Seales was the standout bowler for the West Indies, claiming 3 wickets.

However, the West Indies batting lineup crumbled, getting dismissed for a mere 133. Brandon King top-scored with 44, while Rishad Hossain wreaked havoc with the ball, taking an impressive 6 wickets for Bangladesh.

The second ODI is scheduled to take place at Sheikh Zayed Stadium today, with the toss at 12:30 PM IST. Indian viewers can catch the live streaming action on the FanCode app and website.
