**MANGALURU, October 14, 2025 (The Hindu)** – The Southern Railway announced today that it will operate special trains between Hubballi and Mangaluru, and Mangaluru and Bengaluru to accommodate the increased travel demand during the upcoming Deepavali festival.

Train No. 07353, the Hubballi Junction – Mangaluru Junction Festival Special Express, will depart Hubballi Junction at 4:00 PM on October 17th, arriving at Mangaluru Junction at 11:15 AM the following day.

The return journey, Train No. 07354, the Mangaluru Junction – Yeshwantpur Junction Festival Special Express, will depart Mangaluru Junction at 2:35 PM on October 18th and reach Yeshwantpur Junction at 11:15 PM the same day.

Additionally, Train No. 06229, the Yeshwantpur Junction – Mangaluru Junction Festival Special Express, will leave Yeshwantpur Junction at 12:15 AM on October 19th, arriving at Mangaluru Junction at 11:15 AM that same day.

The return journey, Train No. 06230, the Mangaluru Junction – Bengaluru Cantonment Festival Special Express, will depart Mangaluru Junction at 2:35 PM on October 19th and reach Bengaluru Cantonment at 12:30 AM the next day.

Each of these special trains will feature a consist of one first class AC coach, one AC two-tier coach, two AC three-tier coaches, ten sleeper class coaches, four second class coaches, and two second class luggage-cum-brake vans, ensuring a comfortable journey for all passengers.
