Sathish Reddy, 49, and his son were reportedly attacked on October 9th after Reddy objected to the cutting down of a tree near his Jayanagar 6th block residence.
According to the FIR, Reddy questioned the individuals cutting down the tree, leading to a verbal altercation. Ganesh Singh, who identifies himself as a social activist with political affiliations, allegedly arrived and physically assaulted Reddy, with Reddy’s son also being attacked when he intervened.
