**Erode Road Expansion Project Launched to Ease Congestion**
**ERODE, INDIA – October 6, 2025** – Minister for Housing, Prohibition, and Excise, S. Muthusamy, officially launched the road widening project for a 2.9-kilometer section of the Thoppur–Mettur–Bhavani–Erode Road (State Highway No. 20) on Monday. The project will transform the stretch between km 90/0 and km 92/9 into a four-lane road with rigid pavement.
