**LOS ANGELES, CA -** Fox’s “Murder in a Small Town” will feature one of the final performances of the late Malcolm-Jamal Warner in its season two, episode three, titled “Mother Love.” Warner, who tragically passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 54, plays a key murder suspect in the episode.

“Mother Love” airs on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 8pm ET/PT. The episode centers on a father who becomes the prime suspect when his ex-wife is murdered shortly after returning to town. Though visibly heartbroken and angry after their split, he maintains that his sole focus is protecting his daughter.
