Uttarakhand is particularly vulnerable to heavy rainfall on October 6th and 7th. Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Delhi-NCR are also bracing for very heavy rainfall on October 6th.
**Western Disturbance Impacts Jammu & Kashmir:** A western disturbance is expected to affect Jammu & Kashmir and surrounding areas starting this Sunday. The influence of this disturbance will bring light to moderate rainfall to many parts of the state from October 5th to 7th, with snowfall anticipated in higher altitudes.
**Coastal Regions and Northeast Under Watch:** Konkan, Goa, Saurashtra, and Kutch are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall, with isolated heavy rainfall on October 8th. Gujarat region may also experience similar conditions on October 8th and 9th.
