**Bengaluru, October 4, 2025:** A new report by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) reveals shifting customer satisfaction levels among the state’s four AAI-operated airports. The Customer Satisfaction Index of Airports for Round-I 2025 compared with Round-II 2024 shows that Belagavi and Hubballi airports have climbed in the rankings, while Mysuru and Kalaburgi airports have slipped.
Belagavi airport secured the 7th position and Hubballi airport followed closely in 8th, demonstrating improved customer experiences compared to their previous ranking of 10th. However, Mysuru airport fell from 11th to 16th place, and Kalaburgi airport also dropped to 16th from its previous position at 12th.
