**NDSU Student Crowned Inaugural Miss Downtown Fargo**
**Fargo, N.D. -** Brynn Olson, a 19-year-old sophomore at North Dakota State University (NDSU), has made history as the first-ever Miss Downtown Fargo. The crowning took place on September 20, 2025, during the Miss Fargo and Miss Fargo’s Teen Competition held at the Fargo Theatre.
The new title, established by the Downtown Community Partnership (DCP), aims to have a young woman representing the heart of Fargo. Olson, a Marketing student and member of the Kappa Delta sorority, will spend her year-long reign promoting Downtown Fargo’s culture and vitality. She will also advocate for her Community Service Initiative, BIO Girls: Beautiful Inside and Out, a program dedicated to building confidence in young women.
“Her representing Downtown Fargo as an NDSU student is a perfect example of the long-standing collaborative relationship between the university and our city center,” said Rocky Schneider, Executive Director of the DCP and a competition judge.
