**DiCaprio Embarks on a Thrilling Search in Anderson’s ‘One Battle After Another’**

**Hollywood, CA** – Warner Bros. Pictures is set to release Paul Thomas Anderson’s highly anticipated tenth feature film, *One Battle After Another*, starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Bob Ferguson, an ex-revolutionary thrust back into action when his daughter goes missing. The film, described as an electric thriller, explores themes of political resistance, the resurgence of white supremacy, and the disillusionment that can follow a revolution.

Set in a vaguely contemporary America, the film opens with Ferguson as a member of French 75, a radical activist group fighting against societal injustices. Teyana Taylor plays Perfidia Beverly Hills, Ferguson’s partner and leader of the French 75, the group is involved in smuggling migrants and acts of violence that eventually leads to its collapse.

Years later, Ferguson is living a quiet life when his past resurfaces in the form of Col. Steven J. Lockjaw, played by Sean Penn, his nemesis responsible for the downfall of French 75. When Ferguson’s daughter, Willa, is kidnapped, he is forced to confront the consequences of his past and embarks on a dangerous search.

The film, echoing Anderson’s previous ensemble works like *Magnolia* and *Inherent Vice*, weaves a complex web of interconnected characters. Benicio del Toro appears as Sergio, Willa’s karate instructor with a secret life operating an underground railroad for migrants. Penn portrays Lockjaw, a racist seeking admission to a powerful and politically connected secret society.

*One Battle After Another* promises to be a timely and thought-provoking cinematic experience, exploring the complexities of social justice and the human cost of ideological conflict.
