**Rivalry Renewed: NC A&T and NC Central Clash in Interconference Battle**
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Two North Carolina universities, North Carolina A&T and NC Central, are set to face off in a highly anticipated interconference football game on Saturday, Sept. 20th, at 4 p.m. ET at Truist Stadium in Greensboro. This year’s game is especially anticipated after NC Central’s recent three-game winning streak against the Aggies.
North Carolina A&T enters the game with a 1-2 record, fresh off a double overtime victory over Hampton. Their offense is spearheaded by a trio of running backs: Wesley Graves, Shimique Blizzard, and JT Smith, who have collectively amassed 372 yards and four touchdowns this season.
NC Central boasts a 2-2 record after a dominant 49-9 win against Fayetteville State. Eagles quarterback Walker Harris has been a key player, throwing for 846 yards and five touchdowns so far this season.
While North Carolina A&T holds a 14-11 lead in the all-time series, NC Central is looking to extend its recent dominance.
