**Pawan Kalyan Vows to Reinvigorate Jana Sena Party Amidst Growing Dissatisfaction**

**Visakhapatnam, September 15, 2025 (IST)** – Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Konidela Pawan Kalyan, known to his fans as PK, has publicly acknowledged internal challenges within his party and pledged to personally lead a restructuring effort.

Once dismissed as a political novice after launching the JSP in 2014, Mr. Pawan Kalyan has defied expectations, transforming the party into a significant force, now a key partner in the NDA at the Centre. His ascent culminated in his role as Deputy Chief Minister.

However, cracks have begun to appear. In a recent meeting with party workers in Visakhapatnam, Mr. Pawan Kalyan expressed candid dissatisfaction with the party’s cadres and leadership. Sources indicate growing discontent amongst party members stemming from perceived delays in local appointments, being sidelined within the NDA coalition, and a general lack of representation. Some even question the assertiveness of the JSP’s role in governance, feeling overshadowed by the Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

Addressing these concerns, Mr. Pawan Kalyan admitted his focus on governance had led to a disconnect with party activities. He assured his supporters that this would change, emphasizing the crucial role of the grassroots cadre in the JSP’s future.

“The cadre base is my strength, and there will be no room for complacency at any level,” Mr. Pawan Kalyan stated, setting a target of March 2026 to complete the party’s restructuring. He reaffirmed the strength of the NDA alliance and vowed to prevent a comeback by the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP).

Despite leading the JSP to a resounding victory in the 2024 elections, securing all 21 MLA seats and two MP seats contested, tensions have been simmering beneath the surface. The allocation of nominated posts has been a particular point of contention.

Political analysts suggest that Mr. Pawan Kalyan now faces the critical task of re-engaging with party activists, increasing his visible participation in governance, and asserting the JSP’s distinct identity within the ruling coalition. The coming months will be crucial in determining whether he can successfully revitalize his party and solidify his position as a leading political figure in Andhra Pradesh and at the national level.
