**Joe Aillet Stadium Announces New Concessions Menu with Uniform Offerings**
**Ruston, LA – September 9, 2025** – Louisiana Tech fans attending games at Joe Aillet Stadium this season will find identical food and drink options available on both the East and West sides, according to an announcement today.
Aramark, the stadium’s primary concessions provider, will offer a diverse range of items, including their “Aramark Special” – a chopped brisket sandwich with baked beans for $12. A popular offering will likely be the Wing Basket with Fries ($15) in BBQ, Buffalo, or Cajun Rub flavors, served with a drink, dipping sauce, and vegetables. Other standard fare such as cheeseburgers ($8), hamburgers ($7), nachos ($5), and hot dogs ($4) will also be available. Adult beverage options include beer for $5 and wine (red or white) for $8 a glass.
Chick-fil-A will have a dedicated stand with their signature chicken sandwich ($7) and combo meals ranging from $10 to $13. A wings stand will also be present, offering plain wings for $10 and BBQ or Buffalo wings for $11.

Johnny’s Pizza will sell different sizes of pizza ($8), as well as Klassic (12oz) for $4, King (16oz) for $5, Color-Change (17oz) for $6 and Souvenir (20oz) cups for $6.
