Fri Sep 12 14:40:00 UTC 2025: ## Helldivers 3 May Feature Destiny-Like Social Hub, Arrowhead CEO Hints

Players of the explosively popular cooperative shooter *Helldivers 2* might see a significant expansion of their social space in the game’s eventual successor. Arrowhead Game Studios CEO Shams Jorjani has indicated that a social hub akin to the Tower in *Destiny 2* is “on the feature list” for *Helldivers 3*.

Currently, *Helldivers 2* utilizes individual spaceships as staging areas for up to three players to prepare for missions. Many fans have expressed a desire for a larger, more communal space to connect with other players amidst the game’s ongoing galactic war.

The confirmation came in a Discord interaction, where Jorjani responded definitively to a fan’s suggestion for a social hub space station.

While this news has sparked excitement, *Helldivers 3* is likely a long way off. Arrowhead has made it clear that they plan to support *Helldivers 2* for years to come. The studio recently launched the game on Xbox Series X and S, and continues to roll out content updates, such as the recent “Into the Unjust” update.

Production director Alex Bolle told IGN in April that Arrowhead envisions the game having years of life and continue to deliver “amazing new features and new systems while staying true to who we are”

“The more we figure out how to thrive in a live environment… the more we can let creativity loose on new systems that we would’ve never thought about a year ago,” Bolle explained.
