**Chandigarh – September 7, 2025** – In a significant shake-up of its administrative ranks, the Haryana government issued orders on Saturday, September 6, 2025, transferring and posting 20 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and one Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officer with immediate effect.

The reshuffle sees Phool Chand Meena, formerly Commissioner of the Rohtak Division, appointed as Commissioner and Secretary to the Haryana government, Human Resources Department. He replaces C.G. Rajini Kanthan in this role. Rajiv Rattan, who held the position of Director General, Science and Technology and Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal, will now take on the additional responsibility of Commissioner, Rohtak Division.
