**Coimbatore Hosts Raw Material Exhibition for MSMEs**
**Coimbatore, India – September 6, 2025** – The Coimbatore District Small Industries Association (CODISSIA) will host its “Raw Mat 2025” exhibition from September 11th to 13th at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex. The event, now in its fourth edition, aims to connect engineering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Coimbatore with raw material suppliers and wholesalers from across five states.
According to V. Saravanakumar, Chairman of the event, and M. Karthikeyan, President of CODISSIA, the exhibition will feature over 70 stalls showcasing a diverse range of raw materials. “The engineering MSMEs in Coimbatore can learn about the different kinds of raw materials that are available and the offerings of different companies,” said Mr. Karthikeyan.
While many raw material manufacturers have existing sub-dealers in Coimbatore, Raw Mat 2025 provides an opportunity for manufacturers and dealers to directly showcase their products and services to local businesses. The association, which has previously held the event biennially, plans to make it an annual fixture. They anticipate attracting between 8,000 and 10,000 visitors.
In addition to the exhibition, seminars will be held on government schemes and initiatives offered by organizations such as NSIC and SIDBI, according to Mr. Saravanakumar.
The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Visitors can register online at visitor.codissia.com.
