**HYDERABAD – September 5, 2025:** Residents across numerous areas of Hyderabad are bracing for a 48-hour water supply shutdown next week, as the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) undertakes critical maintenance on the Godavari water supply system.

The shutdown will commence at 6:00 AM on Tuesday, September 9th, and is scheduled to last until 6:00 AM on Thursday, September 11th.
