**Hyderabad, India – September 4, 2025** – Aryan Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Capital Protection Force Pvt. Ltd., was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Hyderabad on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in connection with the massive Falcon invoice discounting scam. Singh was produced before the Special PMLA Court on Wednesday and has been remanded to 14 days’ judicial custody.
The arrest follows three FIRs filed by the Cyberabad Economic Offences Wing (EOW) alleging that Capital Protection Force and its promoters defrauded thousands of investors, promising unrealistically high returns.
The ED alleges that Singh played a crucial role in the ₹792-crore fraud orchestrated by Amardeep Kumar, the mastermind behind the Falcon app. The app was deceptively marketed as an invoice discounting scheme, enticing investors with promises of high returns. However, investigations revealed that no genuine business activity existed. Instead, the company allegedly operated as a Ponzi scheme, diverting investor funds for personal enrichment and to maintain the facade of returns.
As COO, Singh is accused of knowingly promoting the fraudulent scheme, encouraging new investments, supervising employees involved in the promotion, and interacting with investors to gain their trust. The ED further alleges that he assisted Kumar in diverting funds and personally benefited from the proceeds of the crime, receiving ₹2.88 crore into his personal accounts and his entity, Karaoi (OPC).
Prior to Singh’s arrest, the ED seized a Hawker 800A aircraft and attached assets worth ₹18.14 crore. Sandeep Kumar, brother of Amardeep Kumar, and chartered accountant Shard Chandra Toshniwal have also been arrested in connection with the case. The investigation is ongoing as the ED continues to unravel the complexities of the Falcon invoice discounting scam.
