Mon Sep 01 20:50:00 UTC 2025: ## Stewart, Prock, Glenn, and Herrera Crowned Regular Season Champs at NHRA U.S. Nationals

**Indianapolis, IN** – Tony Stewart, Austin Prock, Dallas Glenn, and Gaige Herrera celebrated more than just qualifying for the prestigious NHRA U.S. Nationals this weekend. The quartet clinched regular season championships in their respective classes, earning substantial bonus payouts and securing top seeding heading into the upcoming Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

Stewart, in only his second season in Top Fuel, secured the $150,000 bonus after advancing past Kyle Wurtzel in the second round. Coupled with Doug Kalitta’s early exit, Stewart officially became the Top Fuel regular season champion. The former NASCAR champion showcased his skill with wins in Las Vegas and Chicago, solidifying his position as a serious contender.

Austin Prock continued his dominant Funny Car season, clinching his $150,000 bonus simply by qualifying for the 16-car field at Indy. Prock has been virtually unstoppable, winning six of the first 13 events and maintaining the top spot since March.

The Pro Stock battle was the closest of the four, with KB Titan Racing teammates Dallas Glenn and Greg Anderson neck and neck. Glenn ultimately prevailed, sealing the deal with a quarterfinal win over Jeg Coughlin Jr., while Anderson suffered an unexpected defeat. Glenn will take home $55,000 for his regular season victory.

Gaige Herrera, the reigning two-time Pro Stock Motorcycle champion, secured his $15,000 bonus by reaching the semifinals, overcoming challenges from Chris Bostick and Angie Smith.

All four champions will now enter the Countdown to the Championship playoffs as the top seeds, carrying significant momentum as they compete for the coveted NHRA world championships. The playoffs kick off at the 40th annual NHRA Reading Nationals presented by Nitro Fish at Maple Grove Raceway.
