**Baton Rouge, LA – August 31, 2025** – Louisiana Lottery players had a busy weekend, with significant prize opportunities in Powerball, Lotto, and Easy 5. While the massive $1.034 billion Powerball jackpot went unclaimed nationwide, Louisiana saw numerous winning tickets, including one worth $50,000.
Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, with numbers 03, 18, 22, 27, 33, and Powerball 17 (Power Play x3), resulted in no jackpot winner across the country. However, nine tickets nationwide matched five numbers, winning $1 million each, and three Power Play tickets matched five numbers, earning $2 million each. In Louisiana, a total of 19,808 tickets won prizes, with 8,950 including the Power Play option.
