**Barcelona Considers Alternate Venue as Camp Nou Renovation Delays Loom**

Delays in the stadium’s renovation have raised concerns about passing crucial safety inspections by the city council, potentially jeopardizing the club’s plan to host Valencia at a reduced capacity at their iconic home ground.
As a result, Barcelona is exploring alternative venues, with the Estadi Johan Cruyff at the club’s Ciutat Esportiva emerging as the leading option for the Valencia match, according to MARCA. La Liga representatives have already visited the 6,000-capacity stadium to assess its suitability, as reported by Mundo Deportivo. While it does not meet the Liga’s minimum capacity of 15,000, the club hopes to argue for an exception given the emergency situation.

Should the Camp Nou not be ready for the subsequent home game against Getafe, Barcelona would revert to the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, which served as their home for the past two seasons. The Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys is unavailable for the Valencia fixture due to a pre-scheduled Post Malone concert.
A decisive meeting between Barcelona officials and the city council is planned to determine the Camp Nou’s readiness.
