The Papanasam dam currently holds 109.85 feet of water, well below its maximum capacity of 143 feet. The inflow to the dam is measured at 974.72 cusecs, while the discharge is currently 1750 cusecs.
The Manimuthar dam is also reporting a strong water level of 93.52 feet, against its full capacity of 118 feet. The inflow to the Manimuthar dam is 71.28 cusecs, with a discharge of 155 cusecs.
