Among the key initiatives is a ₹196.80 crore project to construct a 4-lane road with an underground drain along the Serpentine drain, connecting Patel Golambar to Eco Park and Atal Path. “This will provide significant convenience to people traveling to the Secretariat, Rajdhani Vatika, and the airport, while also enhancing the city’s beauty,” Kumar stated during the inauguration ceremony.

A substantial portion of the investment, ₹328.52 crore, is dedicated to modernizing Patna’s power distribution system.
