Thu Aug 21 03:40:00 UTC 2025: ## Ola Electric Stock Surges on “India Inside” Vision and Tech Advancements

**Ola Electric’s stock has jumped nearly 28% in the last three trading sessions following its Independence Day showcase, “Sankalp 2025,” highlighting its commitment to complete supply chain sovereignty and technological innovation.**

The electric two-wheeler manufacturer is riding high on the back of several key announcements, including the integration of its indigenously developed 4680 Bharat Cell, India’s first Lithium-ion cell, into its vehicles.

**Key triggers for the share price surge include:**

* **Bharat Cell Integration:** Ola Electric is integrating the 4680 Bharat Cell into its vehicles, starting with the S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh and Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh models.
* **Ferrite Motor Showcase:** The company unveiled its Ferrite Motor, designed to eliminate the need for imported rare earth magnets. This will further reduce reliance on foreign supply chains and lower costs. Ola Electric plans to commercialize these motors later this year.
* **Future Products and Platform:** Ola Electric showcased its futuristic Diamondhead motorcycle, slated for a 2027 launch with a price tag of Rs 5 lakh. The company also introduced its modular Gen 4 platform, designed to support a wide range of future electric vehicles, from two-wheelers to humanoids, utilizing various battery form factors and motor technologies.

“We are expanding our product portfolio with the S1 Pro Sport and the S1 Pro+ & Roadster X+ with our own cells. At Ola Electric, we have been on a journey to build the future of energy and mobility in India,” said Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder and CMD of Ola Electric.

The company plans to deploy these advancements in its vehicles starting in Q3 FY26 in a phased manner. The Gen 4 platform will also be AI-powered and MoveOS enabled.

In addition to these technological advancements, Ola Electric reported strong dispatches in July and has emerged as one of the top three electric two-wheeler sellers, alongside industry giants TVS Motor and Bajaj Auto.
