**Bengaluru, August 18, 2025 (IST)** – The Karnataka Agriculture Department is inviting applications from farmers across the state for the prestigious agriculture awards scheme for the 2025-26 kharif season. The competition, aimed at recognizing and rewarding outstanding agricultural practices, is open to both men and women farmers.
Farmers interested in participating in the State, district, or taluk-level award categories are required to submit a single online application following the prescribed format. Applications must be submitted via the Agriculture Department’s K-Kisan portal using the FID (Fruits Identification) number. Farmers can access the portal through Citizen Login, RSK Login, or by visiting their nearest Raitha Samparka Kendra or public service centers. The deadline for application submission is August 30th.
Details regarding eligible crops, the application format, and other relevant information can be obtained from local Raitha Samparka Kendras, Agricultural Officers, or Assistant Directors of Agriculture at the taluk level.
