**MANGALAGIRI, August 4, 2025** – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has appealed to Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari for the swift approval of metro rail projects in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada. Speaking at a program in Mangalagiri on Saturday, Naidu guaranteed complete state cooperation to facilitate the execution of crucial highway projects.
“The State government will ensure that land acquisition issues do not hinder the progress of these vital road projects,” stated Naidu, while expressing his gratitude to Gadkari for sanctioning eight road projects, including a ₹27,000 crore greenfield highway connecting Hyderabad and Vijayawada.
