**Netflix’s Hit Series “Untamed” Renewed for Season 2 After Stellar Debut**
**LOS ANGELES, CA – July 25, 2024** – Netflix’s gripping mystery thriller “Untamed,” set amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Yosemite National Park, has been renewed for a second season. The renewal comes hot on the heels of the series’ impressive debut on July 17th, where it quickly garnered strong ratings and critical acclaim.
Originally conceived as a limited series, “Untamed” follows National Parks Service special agent Kyle Turner (played by Eric Bana) as he navigates the complexities of upholding the law within the vast and untamed wilderness. Season 1 boasted a stellar cast including Sam Neill, Rosemarie DeWitt, Lily Santiago, and Wilson Bethel.
The series debuted at number one on the Netflix global Top 10 English language shows chart for the week of July 14-20, amassing a remarkable 24.6 million views within its first few days of release.
