**CHENNAI, INDIA – JULY 29, 2025** – Vadapalani Police have arrested three men in connection with the murder of a 43-year-old man at a Tasmac bar in Chennai. The incident occurred on Monday and resulted in the death of K. Paranthaman, a resident of Adam Nagar, Chromepet.
According to police reports, the suspects, identified as Vasanthraj (39), Santhakumar (37), both of Kodambakkam, and Vigneshwaran (28), of Saligramam, were allegedly intoxicated when they snatched and consumed drinks belonging to Paranthaman. This led to a quarrel, during which the trio allegedly assaulted Paranthaman with an iron spanner.
