Shayk also enjoys scuba diving, considering it a valuable and enriching experience. “I love the open water. I may not be able to drive a car, but I’m a trained Open Water Diver and it’s an unforgettable experience every single time,” she told Women’s Health.

This balanced approach allows her to maintain her figure while still enjoying her favorite foods. “Give me a burger and I’ll follow it up with a piece of cake. In fact, two days ago I had a huge burger with cheese, French fries, lots of ketchup and mayo and a large Sprite,” she added, “But in the name of balance, I got up the next morning, did 30 minutes of barre in my room and ate steamed fish and grilled vegetables for dinner. I’m from Russia, so I’ve been brought up on hearty food like meat and dumplings and potato stews in big warming portions, but if I’m preparing for a shoot or show, I’ll eat particularly clean – salads and soups – to ensure a flat stomach.
