**”Ungaludan Stalin” Camps Launched Across Tamil Nadu to Address Public Grievances**

**TIRUNELVELI, July 15, 2025** – The “Ungaludan Stalin” (With Stalin) initiative, a government program designed to bring services directly to the people, has officially launched across Tamil Nadu. The program aims to address public grievances by consolidating major government departments under one roof in each local area. Petitions will be reviewed and resolved within 45 days.

Following a formal launch by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin in Chidambaram, camps were inaugurated in various districts. Tamil Nadu Assembly Speaker M. Appavu inaugurated the Tirunelveli camp, emphasizing that 255 camps would be held in the district between Tuesdays and Fridays until October 7. These camps will serve areas under the Tirunelveli Corporation, 3 municipalities, 17 town panchayats, and 204 village panchayts. The first day saw six camps organized, reaching nearly 20,000 households.

Mr. Appavu said officials from 13 government departments, offering 43 services, will participate in the urban camps. Officials from 15 departments will be present in the camps to be held in rural areas to address grievances pertaining to 45 services. Dedicated Aadhar booths, police assistance, health screening, and E-seva centers are also present.

Similar camps were launched in Tenkasi and Kanniyakumari districts. Tenkasi will see 282 camps with over 1,200 volunteers assisting. Kanniyakumari will host 341 camps, aiming to reach 7.14 lakh families. In Thoothukudi, Minister for Social Welfare P. Geetha Jeevan and MP Kanimozhi inaugurated a camp in Kovilpatti, providing assistance to differently-abled individuals.

Senior officials will regularly review the camps to ensure grievances are redressed within the stipulated 45-day timeframe. Special counters have been set up to address the high volume of petitions for monthly financial assistance, as well as to streamline the issuance of essential certificates.
