**NEW YORK, NY** – The seventh season of “Love Island USA” wrapped up on Sunday, leaving viewers with a mix of drama and unexpected twists. The Peacock series, which aired six new episodes weekly this summer, became a streaming hit, fueled by viewer engagement and millions of votes to keep favorite islanders in the villa.
While the finale largely adhered to the show’s traditional formula of elaborate dates and romantic pronouncements, one couple shattered expectations. Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley, instead of solidifying their bond, broke up during their final date, marking a franchise first. The pair decided to go “no-contact” after leaving the villa.
