**Home Run Derby Set to Launch Taters into Atlanta Suburbs**
**ATLANTA, GA** – The annual MLB Home Run Derby will take place in Atlanta suburb. Though the lineup may lack some of the biggest names in the game, the field is packed with power hitters ready to put on a show for fans.
**Derby Details:**
* **Format:** Each hitter will have three minutes (or 40 pitches, whichever comes first) to launch home runs in the first round. They then get an untimed round until three outs. An extra out is awarded for a homer over 425 feet.
* **Advancement:** The top four hitters advance to the semi-finals (2 minutes/27 pitches). Winners move on to the finals with the same time limit. Home run totals do not carry over between rounds.
* **Venue:** Truist Park, is fairly neutral regarding home run frequency. The dimensions are slightly more favorable to left-handed hitters.

* **Cal Raleigh** A league-leading 38 home runs so far this season, will have his father as his pitcher.

* **Matt Olson** As a Georgia native, he’ll have the crowd behind him as he fills in for Ronald Acuña Jr.
* **Jazz Chisholm Jr.** The smallest in the field, he’s no stranger to home run competitions.
* **Oneil Cruz** Owns the record for the hardest-hit ball ever tracked.
