Datta’s work as a lyricist includes the popular “Nalla Nallani Kallu” from the film “Sye,” as well as songs from “Chatrapathi,” “Hanumanthu,” “Shirdi Sai,” “Baahubali,” “NTR Kathanayakudu,” “RRR,” and most recently, “Hanuman.” Notably, he penned the lyrics for “Raamam Raaghavam” in the Oscar-winning film “RRR.” He co-wrote the story for Nagarjuna’s “Janaki Ramudu.” Datta also directed a film called “Chandrahas” in 2007.
