Tue Jul 08 01:10:00 UTC 2025: ## WWE Hall of Famer Alundra Blayze Campaigns for Evolution Return

**Atlanta, GA** – WWE Hall of Famer Alundra Blayze (also known as Madusa) has publicly expressed her desire to compete at WWE Evolution, the upcoming all-women’s premium live event taking place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on July 13th.

Blayze took to Twitter, stating, “THIS WAS FUN!! Looking forward to #WWEEvolution #BattleRoyal. It would be great again! I wish?” alongside a photo from her wrestling days. The tweet has ignited speculation amongst fans, many of whom remember her influential run as Women’s Champion in the 1990s.

The 2015 Hall of Fame inductee isn’t the only veteran expressing interest in participating in the historic event. Former Women’s Champion Michelle McCool has also reportedly shown interest, though neither has received an official offer from WWE.

WWE Evolution is already generating considerable buzz with a confirmed Women’s Championship match between Trish Stratus and Tiffany Stratton. The potential addition of Blayze, alongside other legendary figures, would add a significant layer of nostalgia and star power to the event, bridging generations of women’s wrestling.

Blayze’s return would be especially impactful given her pivotal role in the development of women’s wrestling. Her iconic rivalries, particularly her feud with Bull Nakano, helped pave the way for the current flourishing women’s division.

While WWE has yet to respond officially, the company has a history of incorporating veteran talent into major events. As the date for WWE Evolution draws nearer, fans are eagerly anticipating whether WWE will capitalize on the opportunity to showcase some of women’s wrestling’s most influential figures alongside today’s generation of stars.
