**Richland Home Sale Tops Oswego County Real Estate Market with $500,000 Price Tag**

Oswego County, NY – The Oswego County real estate market saw 81 residential properties change hands between June 21 and July 4, with an average sale price of $171,065 and an average of $107 per square foot. Leading the pack was a single-family home at 83 N. Ramona Beach Road in Richland, which sold for $500,000.

According to data compiled by United Robots and Attom, a 2,360 square-foot residence built in 2004 commanded the highest price during the period. The transaction for this property, which equates to $212 per square foot, was finalized on May 22.

While the title recordings occurred between June 21 and July 4, most of the property sales actually finalized in May.
