Syracuse, NY – Syracuse football fans will be on the edge of their seats today as two of the program’s top targets in the 2026 recruiting class are set to announce their college decisions. Three-star tight end Julius Miles and five-star wide receiver Calvin Russell, both highly sought-after prospects, will reveal their choices later tonight.

Miles is scheduled to announce his commitment at 7:40 PM Eastern via Instagram Live. He has narrowed down his finalists to Florida State, Louisville, and Syracuse. Miles took official visits to Colorado, Vanderbilt, Syracuse, UCF, and Louisville throughout May and June.

Russell’s announcement is expected around 9:00 PM Eastern at his birthday party. The method of his announcement remains unconfirmed, but he will choose from Florida State, Michigan, Oregon, and Syracuse. He took official visits to Florida, LSU, Oregon, Miami, Florida State, and Michigan.

Syracuse’s 2026 recruiting class currently ranks 29th nationally and is comprised of 25 current commitments. Adding either Miles or Russell would be a big win for the program.
