**Scott Wolf Granted Temporary Restraining Order Amid Divorce, Cites Threat to Children**

**Los Angeles, CA –** Just weeks after announcing their divorce after 21 years of marriage, “Party of Five” actor Scott Wolf, 57, has been granted a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, 48. The order, filed in Summit County District Court in Utah, also awards Scott temporary sole and legal custody of their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Scott’s restraining order alleged that Kelley’s escalating behavior posed “a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.” The documents also state that Kelley’s custody and parent time with the children is temporarily suspended and must be supervised by a third party or agency, pending further court order. Kelley is also restrained from posting anything on social media regarding the divorce, the children, or Scott, under threat of fines or jail time.

The legal action follows an incident on June 13th where Kelley was detained by Utah County Sheriffs and transported to a local hospital after making concerning comments to family members and deputies. Authorities confirmed she was placed under an involuntary 5150 hold, reserved for individuals deemed a danger to themselves or others.

In social media posts, Kelley has maintained a positive outlook despite the legal proceedings. In a recent Instagram post, she emphasized her happiness, writing, “Peace is a state of mind. And your mind is all that can tell you otherwise… It’s okay to hold many things at once. We are dynamic … and I am ready to begin again.” This post occurred after the legal action.

Prior to the restraining order, Kelley shared footage on Instagram of the police arriving at her home and taking her to the hospital. At the time, she claimed that she was happier than ever.

A hearing regarding the temporary restraining order is scheduled for July 7th.
