**Thomas Müller Confirms Past Manchester United Interest, Shuts Down Potential Move**

**MUNICH, GERMANY** – Bayern Munich legend Thomas Müller has revealed he once considered a move to Manchester United during his illustrious career, but emphatically stated that a transfer to Old Trafford is now out of the question.

The 35-year-old, set to depart Bayern Munich following the conclusion of their Club World Cup campaign this summer after 17 trophy-laden years, confirmed that he entertained the idea of joining the Red Devils in the past, particularly when Louis van Gaal, who previously managed Müller at Bayern, was in charge.
