**DAZN Scores Serie A Broadcast Rights, Expanding Global Football Footprint**
**London, UK – July 4, 2025** – Streaming giant DAZN has secured the rights to broadcast Serie A matches, offering comprehensive coverage to fans across the UK, Ireland, the US, and the Caribbean. The deal will see DAZN air every Serie A fixture outside the traditional Saturday 3 pm blackout window.
Under the agreement, DAZN will exclusively broadcast up to eight matches per week in the UK and Ireland, with an additional two non-exclusive fixtures. In the US and Caribbean, DAZN will offer five exclusive and five non-exclusive games per round, broadcast in Spanish. The company already holds domestic broadcasting rights for Serie A in Italy.
In addition to live matches, DAZN will provide highlights of all games worldwide (excluding Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, and the MENA region). Two to three-minute highlight packages will be available at least an hour after the final whistle.
“Lega Serie A is one of the most storied and technically brilliant leagues in world football,” said Pete Oliver, CEO of Growth Markets at DAZN. “This agreement reinforces DAZN’s position as the global home of football – expanding our footprint in Europe and the Americas and giving fans unrivalled access to Italian football.”
The announcement comes after TNT Sports previously showed two Serie A games per week, with other games shown via OneFootball. The deal ensures DAZN solidifies its position as a leading provider of football content, offering fans extensive coverage of Italian football.
DAZN will also air a series of 12 thirty-minute highlight shows. The broadcaster will also be airing interviews with footballers who have overcome significant obstacles in their careers. This partnership follows previous collaborations between the pair, including the Men’s Six Nations.
